One UI 5.1’s Galaxy S23-exclusive Image Clipper function has constantly been in talks since the Korean manufacturer announced its expansion for other Galaxy devices.

If you are unaware, this function lets you cut out any particular object from an image or a video and save it as a standalone picture.

To use the function in the stock Gallery app, first open the image, then long press on the desired subject (object or person), and that’s it.

Now you can drag and drop the cutout image and share it, paste it, or save it to the Gallery.

In the Samsung Internet apps, first, open the image, press and hold the image, and tap on Clip Subject From Background option.

Now your image is ready and the same as the stock Gallery app, you can share it, paste it, or save it as a separate image.
