We already know Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 are expected to launch this year in August. But before that, a new leak about the smartphone’s computing performance has come out.

This first leak came out when tipsters and leakers of the industry discovered the performance score for Galaxy Z Fold 4 on a website named Geekbench.

Geekbench is a cross-platform utility for benchmarking the central processing unit of computers & smartphones and is considered a standard utility for comparing & calculating computing the devices’ scores in CPU-related areas.

The smartphone Galaxy Z Fold 4 was listed as SM-F936U on the Geekbench chart for the score.

The SM-F936U represents the US version of the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 4, which is listed in the benchmark.

The clamshell foldable Z Fold 4 produced a score of 1,351 for single-core and 3,808 for multiple cores, beating the predecessor Z fold 3 having 921 Single-Core Scores and 2967 Multi-Core Scores.

However, still lagging behind the Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max’s 1721 Single-Core Score and 4706 Multi-Core Score.

It is still a mark-making score cause of the almost invisible crease and a hinged design for a foldable smartphone.

According to the leaks & rumors, the expected device specifications are :

  • It will sport an SD + Gen CPU.

  • The internal display is a 7.6″ QXGA+ AMOLED having a refresh rate of 120Hz, with the external one constituting a 6.2″ size and an HD+ resolution.
  • A 4,400 mAh will fuel the device with a charging capability of up to 25W, having fast charge support.
  • The rear camera consists of three main 50 MP + 12 MP + 10 MP cameras having UW and Zoom lens with a 10 MP front/selfie camera.
  • 12GB or 16GB of RAM for faster operations and up to 512GB of storage.

Qualcomm claims that this 8 + Gen has a 10% increase in GPU & CPU clocks while enhancing power efficiency output by 30%.

The clamshell design premium foldable Galaxy Z series is a flagship, aesthetically unique, and expensive smartphone. The SD 8+ Gen CPU should provide performance and efficiency boosts over the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.

Tipsters/leakers like Ice universe, Yogesh Brar, and others leaked the specifications of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 & Galaxy Z Flip 4.

As it is already known that these devices are in expected mass production since early this year,

Now people have to wait until the device is launched around August this year.
