Samsung updates Galaxy Watch Plugin app for Watch 4, Watch 3, and Watch Active 2

Samsung has just released updates for the Galaxy Watch Plugin app for its Galaxy Watch Active 2, Galaxy Watch 3 and Galaxy Watch 4 smartwatches.

According to the report, the Galaxy Watch Active 2 app has been updated twice today. Versions 2.2.08.22071151 and 2.2.08.22071141N of the Galaxy Watch Plugin app appear to have been launched simultaneously for Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2. In contrast, the Galaxy Watch3 app has been updated to version 2.2.09.22071141N, and the Galaxy Watch 4 app has been updated to version 2.2.11.22071151.

All four app updates have a similar change log, but as is often the case, Samsung hasn’t included details. According to the changelog, the latest versions of the Galaxy Watch Plugin should fix a runtime error.

Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 and Galaxy Watch Active 3 were the company’s last smartwatches to be released with the proprietary Tizen OS operating system before the Galaxy Watch4 series adopted Wear OS.

Samsung is now updating its latest series of smartwatches with the One UI Watch 4.5 interface, as well as the company is preparing to launch Galaxy Watch 5.
