Samsung Distributes August 2022 Security Firmware For Galaxy S21 T-Mobile Users In The US

Since Samsung changed its update policy, its terminals are the first to receive both the new versions of Android and the security patches and as has been happening over the last few months, the Korean manufacturer has already released a new update before its official date last week, now the Samsung Galaxy S21 is receiving the August update in the US.

Samsung has begun to deploy a new software update on the Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra, just a day after the arrival of One UI 5.0 Beta program was announced on these devices.

T-Mobile Galaxy S21 August 2022 Security Firmware:

This update has the firmware version G99*USQU5CVGB (where the * varies by model, and will be a 1 for the Galaxy S21, a 6 for the Galaxy S21+, and an 8 for the Galaxy S21 Ultra) has a size of 306 MB and includes the August 2022 security patch, which fixes a series of vulnerabilities and errors that have not yet been detailed by the Korean brand, since it has not

According to Samsung’s and Google’s report, its August 2022 security patch fixes dozens of vulnerabilities related to user privacy and data security, such as Bluetooth connectivity, Samsung DeX, Samsung dialer, Desktop System UI, Wi-Fi service, and more.

Users can also check for the latest software update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install or turning auto-updates or notifications on in your device’s settings.
