Samsung released October 2022 update for the Samsung Galaxy S10 series. The update is currently available Europe and the US; however, it is expected that it will expand the same update across the globally in the coming days.

The update by Verizon comes with the October 2022 security patch firmware version G970USQS71VI8, G973USQS71VI8 and G975USQS71VI8 for Samsung Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10+, respectively.

The South Korean giant has also released the October 2022 security patch for the Galaxy S10 series in Europe regarding the Camera, Bluetooth, and overall device performance. It can be identified by firmware version G97*FXXUGHVJ5.

The changelog indicates that camera stability has been improved, Bluetooth connection and stability have been improved, and device security has been enhanced. This is quite appreciative of Samsung to still provide software for its 2019 flagship series and provide regular security updates to keep its users protected from malware and viruses.
