Samsung’s upcoming mid-range devices Galaxy A14 5G and Galaxy M14 5G recently got featured on the benchmarking website Geekbench with the model number SM-A146B and SM-M146B, respectively. Both of these devices are reported to get power from the new mid-range Exynos chipset Exynos 1330 SoC. The Galaxy A14 5G has been in the reports previously. Now let’s look at the information the benchmarking database has revealed.

Let you know that the Galaxy A14 5G and the Galaxy M14 5G will both be booted with the Android 13 OS version with a layer of One UI 5.0. It is expected that both of these will get a 4GB of RAM, but there could be more RAM options for the Galaxy A14 5G device that are not confirmed yet. As per the database reveals, both of these will get an Octacore processor in them.

These devices have a few similar hardware appearances, such as RAM and Processors. There may be a difference in their displays, camera qualities, and more that are unknown for the Galaxy M14 5G device. Unfortunately, we didn’t get much information regarding the M Series device. The shocking thing is it has gotten lower scores in the Geekbench’s testing as compared to the Galaxy M14 device.

According to the previous renders, the Galaxy A14 5G will get a 6.8 inches Full HD+ LCD with a side-mounted fingerprint reader. It will get a triple camera setup on the back with a 50MP quality primary camera. Its selfie shooter will be a 13MP sensor and will get a battery with a 5,000 mAh capacity. Information for the M14 5G device is not known yet, but we are expecting it soon in the rumors.

Coming to the testing scores, the Galaxy A14 5G has scored 770 on the single-core testing and 2151 on the multi-core testing, which is quite impressive as a mid-range device. The Galaxy M14 5G has got a score of 751 in single-core testing and 2051 in multi-core testing, which is not even lower than the A series device but also deducted from its basic variant’s (Galaxy M14) scores.
