Galaxy S22 Gets One UI 5.0 With Android 13 In Canada

Samsung has now released the latest One UI 5 update in the Canada region for Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra devices, while the company has already released the same update in the US and global markets. As this is a bulky software update, so the company is releasing it gradually in batches to different countries.

The One UI 5 update is available in Canada, but soon it will be available for all carriers. The latest Android 13 update can be identified by its firmware version numbers S901WVLU2BVK1 for S22 general, S906WVLU2BVK1 for S22+, and S908WVLU2BVK1 for S22 Ultra. It also brings the latest November 2022 security update.

The One UI 5 update is based on Android 13 and is a new major update for the Galaxy S22 series, which includes several new features as well as various bug fixes which provide a better experience to users of their devices; with the update, Samsung has revamped the UI design, added some new customization tools to personalize wallpaper, clock style, notification settings, and more.

Samsung keyboard has also now improved and also received some new functions such as stickers, new emojis, and gifs; some additional features are also introduced, like medical info SOS, RAM Plus, and more.

Samsung has been in a fast phase of rolling out updates in the past few weeks. It released an Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update to a couple of its smartphones, including one of its Galaxy A series phones, along with its 2022 range of foldable phones, followed by the 2021 foldable phones. The entire list includes Samsung Galaxy A52, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3.
