Samsung started distributing One UI 5.0 along with the Android 13 update a few months ago. Until then, the One UI 5.0 has reached nearly all eligible Galaxy devices, including the cheapest model. with Galaxy Phones. This issue appeared after the users upgraded their devices with the latest One UI 5.0 + Android 13 update. Thankfully, Fitbit has gotten its eyes on this issue and responded. One of the Fitbit moderators has assured the users that they will bring a solution for this issue by 2023.

Notably, the issues have especially been seen in the Galaxy foldable- Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Z Fold series devices. Unfortunately, temporary solutions such as device resetting, application reinstalling, clearing the app cache, etc., do not work at all against this problem. In that manner, the Fitbit moderator has suggested the users use a different device until the issues have been resolved. Luckily, the root cause of this problem has been detected. Hence we are expecting a fix for it as soon as possible.

For information, in some cases, the recent Galaxy Z Flip 3 update, released on 23rd December 2022, with version no. F711BXXU3DVL9/F711BOXM3DVL9/F711BXXU3DVL9 has fixed this issue, but there is no guarantee.
