Samsung is now in the final steps of the Galaxy S23’s launch, which is its upcoming flagship series and is considered the front face of the company. Samsung has tried to bring every possible modification to make the series even more reliable, significant, and demanding. In that manner, Samsung has now planned to increase the minimum storage capacity from 128GB to 256GB, which will surely attract users towards it due to its expanded storage capacity than its predecessor.

The Galaxy S23 series will have minimum 256GB Storage

As per the information leaked by tipster Ahmed Qwaider, all three devices of the Galaxy S23 series will contain a minimum storage capacity of 256GB which was 128GB only for its predecessor series Galaxy S22. The tipster suggested that the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ devices will only get a single variant containing 8GB of RAM along with the described internal storage, while the Galaxy S23 Ultra will get a total of three variants with 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB internal storage.

However, it should be pointed out that the popular Roland Quandt leaker is not of the same opinion, who always on Twitter has ruled out that the Korean giant has decided to remove the 128 GB version of his new top-of-the-range smartphones.

Fortunately, to find out which of the two is right, it will be enough to have patience only for another month.

Will there be no 8GB RAM variants for Galaxy S23 Ultra?

Notably, the tipster has only mentioned the 12GB RAM variants of Galaxy S23 Ultra, but previously there were many rumors spread around the internet regarding its 8GB RAM variants also. This information is confusing the users whether there will be some 8 GB RAM variants of the Ultra devices as well or if 12 GB RAM is the only option for the same. Besides, there is a possibility that Qwaider has only shared the presently confirmed storage options instead of containing all possible variants.

If we talk about the previous flagship Galaxy S22, then at that time, its base and Plus models were limited to 8GB RAM and a maximum of 256GB storage variants only, but the Galaxy S22 Ultra does have 8GB RAM and 12GB RAM variants both, which are paired as 8GB+128GB, 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, and 12GB+1TB. Notably, as the company did not launch the 8GB RAM variant with 256GB storage for the Ultra device even back then, probably, they will not launch the same (8GB RAM variant) this time as well.

And while we’re on the subject of rumors, the well-known Ice Universe leaker wanted to underline that the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will be able to count on a photographic chamber capable of ensuring a true “night vision,” assuring a significant advance over the previous generation.

Ahmed Qwaider contends that the top-of-the-line new generation from Samsung won’t be released in Pink, Gold, Burgundy, or White versions but will instead be available in Phantom Black, Green, Lavender, and Cream.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 series will reportedly benefit from a new cooling mechanism that would enable improved outcomes, according to Ahmed Qwaider, who also made the reassuring announcement (1.6 times for the basic version, 2.8 times for the Plus version, and 2.2 times for the Ultra model).

Users will gain from advancements in CPU (+36%), GPU (+48%), and NPU (+60%) thanks to this new system and the potential of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
