Samsung has ditched several Galaxy devices from a catalog of the latest One UI 5.0 updates, but thanks to the Noble ROM because a few weeks earlier, it rolled out the new software containing the support of the latest One UI 5.0 for several Galaxy devices, including Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+ and Galaxy Note 9 which was available with version number 3.0. Noble ROM 3.1 brings New One UI 5.1 to Galaxy S9/S9+ and Note 9

Noble ROM is a type of custom ROM that is developed by one of the popular developers of XDA (AlexisXDA). It introduced the modified ROM of the latest One UI, which support older devices that are no longer eligible for any official update from Samsung, so this time, it is serving the new Noble ROM 3.1 for the Galaxy S9, S9+, and Note 9. The new custom ROM has all the functionalities which are officially available with One UI 5.1. Additionally, it also brings the support of the latest February 2023 security patch.

Image Clipper is also available 

The Most Anticipated feature Image clipper is available with Noble 3.1. While other Samsung Galaxy users who have already received the official update of One UI 5.1 didn’t get the support of this feature, as of now, it is only available for the Galaxy S23 users. For starters, an Image clipper is a function that allows you to quickly extract objects from photos and videos.
