Galaxy S23 FE launch date and specifications tipped

The debate between those two sides of the Galaxy world, one that believes the Fan Edition model will come and one that believes it won’t. Ever since the Galaxy S22 FE was abandoned, everyone started to wonder whether the Galaxy S23 FE would come or not. Until now, the Galaxy S23 FE’s arrival was in a blur, but finally, it seems that it will come. Recently, we have got some clues regarding this FE device, so let’s take a look at them. 

Launch Date

As per the reports of Sammobile, the Galaxy S23 FE, a low-budget flagship-level device, will be coming in Q4 2023, meaning anytime between October and December 2023. The famous blog even revealed some eye-stealing info regarding this Fan Edition device, which says that this FE device will not have any Snapdragon-featured variants. However, the blog also suggested a good point that the FE device will surely receive some improvements in its camera. 

Galaxy S23 FE: All Exynos-features models, Improved Camera

As per Sammobile, the Galaxy S23 FE device will feature an Exynos SoC in it worldwide. It said that the device will use the Exynos 2200 processor in the US region as well. Let us tell you the same chipset was used in the Europe variants of the Galaxy S22 series devices. It was the first Exynos chip that has an AMD GPU in it, but it hasn’t performed well, so Samsung launched only Snapdragon variants for the next Galaxy S23 series. 

The reason to use an older chipset in this device is nothing but the maintenance of low price. It’s been nearly two years of this chip, so we are expecting that the company may have already overcome the issues it has caused. In other words, we can say that this problematic chip will not cause any issues with the Galaxy S23 FE device. Now, let’s know the other rumor, which is regarding this device’s camera. 

It has been said that the Galaxy S23 FE device will have a slightly improved camera. The previous FE models, the Galaxy S20 FE and S21 FE, have used a 12MP camera in them as their standard models, but the next Galaxy S23 FE may get a 50MP rear camera, which was used in the base Galaxy S22 and S23 devices. Besides those, we are also mentioning some other expected specifications of this device, which are listed below. 

• Most probably SM-S711x model number. 
• A 4,500 mAh battery. 
• 8GB of RAM and 128GB and 256GB storage options. 
• A 25W fast charging.
