Samsung Galaxy S20 gets April 2023 update in the US

Samsung pushed the April 2023 security update to the Galaxy S20 series smartphone users. The update has already been released to various regions across the globe and is now available to carrier-unlocked Galaxy S20 units in the United States.

The Android April 2023 security patch brings fixes for over 60 security flaws found in Galaxy smartphones. It may also include improvements to the Camera and Gallery apps and general bug fixes to improve the phone’s stability.

The latest software update for the 5G variant of Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and Galaxy S20 Ultra devices in the US comes with firmware versions G981U1UES4HWCB, G986U1UES4HWCB

The update is available on almost all carrier networks in the US, including T-Mobile, MetroPCS, Verizon, Spectrum Mobile, US Cellular, Tracfone, AT&T USA, C-Spire, Cellular South US, Cricket Wireless, Bluegrass Cellular, Xfinity Mobile, and Sprint.
