Samsung Galaxy phone users in the USA rank first in customer satisfaction

ACSI (American customer satisfaction index) releases a new list every year which ranks mobile devices according to their performance in managing product quality, service repair, mobile app reliability and warranty. This time Samsung made the first spot in the ranking list.

The ACSI survey reflects the performance of the companies in the US. So the users who want to buy new products from any company. The survey is the nation’s only cross-industry measure of customer satisfaction. The survey was observed between April 2022 and March 2023.

Samsung is moving forward

Samsung has a vast user base after Apple, so satisfying the after-sales customer service. And to take this to the next level company is planning to move forward and do a digital transformation of care response and technical training centres to offer more convenient access. According to a Samsung report, 73% of consumers shopping for a new smartphone indicated that technical support was a key factor in their purchase. While other consumers also prefer durability, and in all these, Samsung stands number one company to go with. Acknowledging it, Samsung electronic vice president Mark Williams said:-

“Customers put a lot of consideration into their technology purchases. They want both pieces of mind they are buying reliable devices that will work for their needs, as well as confidence that if something does go wrong, they have quality repair options.”

“This ACSI recognition is a testament to the investments Samsung has made to provide consumers value – in the products we manufacture and the convenient, expert customer care we offer.”

Apart from digital care, Samsung is more focused on physical Samsung care stores. Over 10000 Samsung mobile-certified repair technicians in the US and more than 2000 same-day Samsung Authorized Care locations are available, covering nearly 80% of the total US population.

To make it more comfortable, Samsung has also decided to expand the care experience by giving more convenient services like creating a Samsung account to create a mail-in or walk-in service appointment. As well as, the company will start a new service under the name ‘we come to You which offers repair service on the door.
