As per the official reports, the South Korean firm Samsung will launch its One UI Watch version 5 for its Galaxy Watch 4, Galaxy Watch 5, and upcoming Galaxy Watch series members only. Due to the lack of WearOS, older Galaxy Watches will be out of One UI Watch 5’s eligibility. Informatively, the soon-to-be-launched Galaxy Watch 6 will come with this new UI. One UI 5 Watch beta update delayed

Samsung had initially announced that the One UI 5 Watch Beta would be made available by the end of May 2023. However, the update has not been released yet, leading to a delay in the schedule for Galaxy watches. Users hope to receive the update by the first or second week of June. The Samsung community Beta Operation Manager acknowledged the delay, stating, “We encountered unforeseen challenges in coordinating with Google’s Wear OS 4.0, which resulted in the unavoidable delay of the beta’s start schedule that was originally planned for May. We sincerely apologize to our customers who have patiently awaited the beta’s opening in May. Rest assured, we are working diligently to ensure a more stable software and prepare for the beta launch as soon as possible.”

WearOS 4 Developer Preview Has Already Started
