Samsung has rolled out June 2023 security update for the Galaxy A73 device. The latest update is currently live in Malaysia, and expected that it would be available in more countries in the next few days. Users can easily identify the update with the firmware version A736BXXU4CWE4.

Earlier, the company updated many Galaxy A series devices, including Galaxy A52, Galaxy A42, Galaxy A13, and many more. However, these devices are currently starting the phase of the update, which means they have received the update from just a few countries, but the company will expand it to other countries in the next few days.

The June 2023 security update doesn’t carry any new changes for the UI or features of the device, but as security maintenance software, it includes some patches that improve the internal function of the device.

Moreover, if you want to secure your device, you should update your device with a new security update; with the new update, the new security codes apply to the mechanism which fights the new type of attacks performed by cybercriminals.

The Galaxy A73 is one of the premium devices of the Galaxy A series, the device is loaded with many high-end specs like it has the Quad camera setup where the main camera is 108MP, and the device is powered by the Qualcomm snapdragon 778G 5G chipset which was the best of that time and still considered as a powerful processor. Samsung has launched the devices with Android 12, so it is expected to get updates up to Android 16 if they follow the four major updates.
