Samsung Rolls Out August 2023 Update For Galaxy Fold & Galaxy Z Fold 2

Samsung has already started providing its August 2023 security update, now, the last phase of the month is going on, and luckily the brand has picked Galaxy Fold And Galaxy Z Fold 2 for this latest update. However, both of these foldables already get their new security update in countable countries, but for the rest of the other countries, the update may soon be in by the end of this month. 

For Samsung’s first foldable device, none other than Galaxy Fold is getting the August 2023 security update, this time in Brazil and France with the F900FXXS7HWG1 firmware verison. Whereas for the 5G variant of Galaxy Fold, the update has the F907BXXS7HWG1 version number, which is available in the UK. 

On the other hand, the Galaxy Z Fold 2 gets its latest security update in various countries, which includes Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay, and the building code is  F916BXXS4JWH3.

The update has improved the system security, fixes bugs and general issues. The software system remains with the increment in stability and reliability of the device. As per the company’s official update bulletin, the update has fixed approximately 80 security vulnerabilities, out of which Google has fixed 52 flaws. The rest of the flaws get resolved by Samsung, which applies to all Galaxy devices.
