Last month, Google released an Android 14 beta 5.3 update that didn’t bring any new features or major fixes, which indicates that it could be the last beta update for Pixel devices. Now it’s turning out to be true, as a lot of rumors are running on the internet that claim that Android 14 will be released in October. Now we have new information about the availability of the update.

Google may introduce Stable Android 14 on October 4

Recently, the official page of Telus updated and shared that Pixel devices will start getting Android 14 updates on October 4. The update will be hit on all the devices at the same time, including the Pixel 4a 5G, Pixel 5, Pixel 5a, Pixel 6, Pixel 6a, Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 7, Pixel 7a, and Pixel 7a. For your information, Telus is a network operator company in Canada that frequently shares new updates for devices in their region. However, it is one of Google’s major updates, so it will not be limited to one country but available in multiple regions. Once Google releases the update officially, other brands will also start releasing the update for their devices. Here, Samsung is the top contender.

Samsung will introduce One UI 6 and Android 14, initially starting with the Galaxy S23

Samsung is all set to release One UI 6 for its Galaxy devices, or at least for Galaxy S23 smartphones, because these devices have already received five beta updates for testing, and in the last update, the company published any further improvements in the changelog, which clearly indicates that the company can release the One UI 6 stable update for its flagship device anytime. However, the reason behind the delay is that the company is waiting for Google to officially release Android 14.
