Samsung has skipped the launch of the next edition of the premium Galaxy Buds Pro variant this year. As an alternative, the business launched the Galaxy Buds FE as a low-cost gadget with good features. Released on October 5, 2023, for $100, the Galaxy Buds FE were promoted as a more cost-effective option than the other Galaxy Buds variants. Apart from the charging case and an IPX2 water-resistant grade, its characteristics include a 30-hour battery life with active noise-canceling turned off.
The Galaxy Buds FE are a new, more affordable set of earbuds from Samsung; therefore, we haven’t seen a replacement for the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro yet this year. However, a recent SamMobile source reveals we may also see a pair of Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, which would be the powerful follow-up to the well-received Galaxy Buds 2 Pro from 2022. As we approach the end of 2023, most probably the wireless earbuds will be launched in 2024. Back in 2022, the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro was launched along with the Galaxy Watch 5 series at the Galaxy Unpacked event.

So there are chances that the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro may launch alongside the Galaxy S24 series early next year. However, if this is quite early, the Buds 3 Pro may also be launched with the Galaxy Z6 series. Even after launching the cheaper buds, the manufacturer coming back to its high-end earbuds within a short time is great news for Galaxy Buds Pro lineup lovers. Better 360-degree audio, 24-bit Hi-Fi audio compatibility, and active noise reduction are all features of the Buds 2 Pro.
As of now, there is no information about the upcoming earbuds or their price range. When the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro was launched, the price range was $30 more than the previous model. If Samsung plans to take a price jump, it should bring some additional specifications.
