Samsung has been in full swing of releasing the One UI 6.0 update to selected Galaxy smartphones and tablets. Even though we come across several news stories regarding the One UI 6.0 features and its time frame, several users are still confused regarding whether their device is eligible for the update or not.

If yes, around what time will they be receiving the stable update on their mobiles? What’s the easiest way to know whether a Galaxy device is compatible with receiving One UI 6.0 or not? It’s likely that your newly bought Samsung phone qualifies for the One UI 6.0 upgrade if Samsung’s four-year update guarantee is met.

The Galaxy S23 series is the first to receive the stable version of One UI 6.0, and this cycle will be followed by other eligible devices. Very soon, the fifth generation of foldables, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and the Galaxy Z Fold 5, will receive the update.

As stated by Samsung, all the devices will be getting the update as soon as possible. The Galaxy S22 series and the foldables are said to receive the update within a few weeks, before the end of December. The Galaxy Tab S9 and Tab S8 series are also expected to join the similar timeframe.

As for the mid-rangers, as far as the Galaxy A and M series are concerned, after the flagship models get updated, the mid-rangers are somewhere between December and February. Note that the rollout of the update will vary within the regions where users live.
