Samsung updated the Galaxy S21 FE (Exynos variant) to the One UI 6.0 in several countries

Earlier this month, Samsung started rolling out the One UI 6.0 update to the Galaxy S21 FE devices, but it was limited to some units that were equipped with the Snapdragon variant of the devices. Along with this, the main series of the Galaxy S21 also grabbed the update. Now the company has started expanding it to the Exynos variant of the fan edition devices.

Notably, the update is available in almost all of the regions where the Exynos version of the Galaxy S21 FE has launched. According to the information, the latest update for the device is coming with the firmware version number G990EXXU7FWK6. It is spotted in several countries, including Afghanistan, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Malaysia, Morocco, Pakistan, Panama, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, the Netherlands, the Philippines, the UAE, Tunisia, and Vietnam.

With the One UI 6 update, the company has also brought a new security update in the form of a December 2023 update, which will provide some security-related enhancements for Galaxy devices.

Meanwhile, the One UI 6.0 is the latest major update from Samsung, which has brought several new features that are added under several existing applications, according to the changelog: Quick Panel, Lock Screen, Home Screen Weather, Gallery, Camera, Samsung Internet, and many more.

Along with this, some new feature widgets are introduced, including a custom camera widget and a weather insight widget. For more security, companies have also introduced a new auto-blocker feature, which will give you an extra option to protect your device from external threats.
