Samsung has introduced the latest One UI 6 update for the Galaxy devices, which has brought some significant features for users that boost performance as well as strengthen the security of the devices. From that feature, the auto-blocker is one of them, which helps add extra safety for the devices.
In simple words, the auto-blocker is a brand new feature for Galaxy devices that prevents the installation of applications from unauthorized sources. Additionally, it analyzes the application for malware and blocks malicious activity. It is also able to stop commands sent via USB cable and zero-click attacks.
After coming with One UI 6, it is now receiving the first update, which is coming with version number 1.0.01.5. However, with the latest update, the company hasn’t revealed anything with the changelog, but it looks like this update will make it more stable and improve the working of the application.
The latest update for Auto Blocker is available for only those devices that have received the One UI 6 update. It can be easily downloaded through the Galaxy Store.
It is worth noticing that currently, there are limited Galaxy devices that have grabbed access to One UI 6, including the Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy S22, Galaxy S21, Galaxy A34, Galaxy A53, Galaxy A54, etc. So if you are using any of the devices in the beta program, then you can update the Auto Blocker application to the latest version.
