- Live Translate: This feature significantly provided convenient communication by translating calls in real time, breaking down all the language barriers. However, it was just limited to the Samsung Phone app.
Now, with One UI 6.1.1, users can have real-time call translation within the other supported apps like Google Meet and WhatsApp.
- Translate Web pages in Samsung Internet: This feature allows you to easily summarize web pages with Browsing assist in Samsung Internet.
But with the One UI 6.1.1, not just the text-based webpages, users can now get the entire web page in their native language, regardless of being a text-based or a part of an image.
- Writing Assist: It allows a more improved tone of the content to make it social media ready while also suggesting spelling and grammar alongside message translation in selected chat and text messaging apps within Samsung Keyboard.
But the One UI 6.1.1 significantly adds the new Composer option that automatically suggests a short snippet of the text while uploading a social media post or sending an email, while the rest of the work will be done by Galaxy AI.
- Transcript Assist: This helps to quickly review the recordings of meetings or lectures by converting them into texts, while this can even be translated into other languages as well.
Where the One UI 6.1.1 version enhanced the Transcript Assist feature by adding the option to skip the selection of language as it can now automatically detect the language.
- Note Assist: Note Assist within Samsung Notes allows you to automatically format, summarize, correct, and more.
Meanwhile, it’s just got easier with voice capability. Note assist will now allow you to transcribe your voice recordings into text-based notes that can be easily edited, summarized, and more. In addition, the Note Assist feature further gets the integration of PDF files while also eliminating the need to convert them into notes first.
- AI Wallpaper: Galaxy AI can generate some unique wallpapers for your home and lock screen with just a few keywords, and the rest is up to Galaxy AI.
Now with the One UI 6.1.1, the AI-generated wallpapers can be enhanced with special weather effects. The AI can now automatically trigger wallpapers to change along with the time of the day and weather conditions in the location that’s set on the weather widget. For example, if it’s raining, the wallpaper will show the same condition, and even you can watch the sun rising and setting as per the local time set in the location.

This feature is available in Samsung Notes, Photo Editor, Air Command, Smart Select, and Edge panels.
Create Portraits: This latest feature can help you to create a new yet unique look of your own profile picture in Contacts or someone else’s by using a wide range of AI-generated portrait styles. Also, you can even use Photo Editor in order to discover something unique out of your photos that has proper faces in them.
