Samsung re-releases One UI 6.1.1 for Galaxy S23 Ultra with October 2024 security patch in Canada

When the One UI 6.1.1 update caused the strange camera bug, ghosting pictures while using the zoom apertures between 16x and 19.9x, Samsung straightaway decided to pause the update for the Galaxy S23 Ultra phones in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

Meanwhile, the company has already redistributed the update in several major regions. Canadian S23 Ultra models are now getting the same One UI 6.1.1 update with the October 2024 security patch

Samsung re-releases the One UI 6.1.1-based One UI 6.1 update for the Galaxy S23 Ultra units in Canada that comes with the S918WVLU4CX15 firmware version. 

The One UI 6.1.1 pleased the Galaxy audience with some amazing features and enhancements. In addition to the well-appreciated features of Galaxy AI, the new update further introduces 37 incredible additions; summarizing them includes the Sketch to Image, unique portraits, enhanced Samsung Keyboard, and more, which will eventually help Galaxy users to have a more creative and productive experience. 

Interestingly, this update comes with the integration of the October 2024 security update that brings some significant improvements to the device’s overall security, resolves some known bugs and issues, brings stability to the device’s behavior, fixes certain relevant issues, and delivers much improved features to offer a more smooth, stable, and optimized performance to the users.
