While Samsung fans are desperately waiting for One UI 7 Beta to land on their Galaxy flagships anytime soon, the company is tediously busy with the rollout proceedings of the One UI 6.1.1 update for several eligible Galaxy phones. Meanwhile, after delivering the update to the carrier-locked models, the company has now started dispatching the One UI 6.1.1 update to the unlocked Galaxy S23 series in the US.
The carrier-unlocked Samsung Galaxy S23 series units, including the Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra, are receiving the One 6.1.1 update in the US that carries the S911U1UEU4CXH7, S916U1UEU4CXH7, and S918U1UEU4CXH7 software versions.
Meanwhile, this new update is significant for the Galaxy device’s functionality. While packing a massive update size of 2GB, it brings several new and more enhanced features and improvements.
Feature-wise, this latest One UI 6.1.1 update is incredible. It primarily focusses on several new and more improved AI-focused features added within the Galaxy AI, including the new Sketch to Image and creating portraits alongside other older Galaxy AI features. In addition, the update even focusses on plenty of health-centric and productivity features that will significantly provide a more enhanced, advanced, and next-level experience to the users.
Further, the update also integrates the August Android security patch for improving the device’s overall security and stability and brings certain performance optimisations in order to offer users a more smooth, stable, and optimised experience.
