Samsung started rolling out the Android 14 One UI 6 beta updates for eligible devices a long time ago. Coming to the S series, the Galaxy S23 lineup was the first to receive the beta rollout, and it is also the series that received the highest number of beta updates among the S range of smartphones. Now the company plans to release the next phase of beta updates to its predecessors. As of now, the Galaxy S22 series and Galaxy S21 series have received only two OneUI 6 beta updates. It seems that the numbers will increase next week as Samsung plans to release the third beta rollout to the models in the S22 and S21 families.
A tipster revealed that with a PDA version ending in ZWJM, Samsung is testing a new One UI 6 beta release for the Galaxy S22 series, which is the third One UI 6 beta release. However, the users who will get their hands on the update first will be the owners of the S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra. And this will be followed by the prior series, the Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra. No precise information has been provided about what to expect from the third beta update; however, we can expect performance enhancements. Samsung claims that the problems with the camera’s Single Take mode that exist with the current software will be resolved in the third beta for the S21 series.

Other phones that are eligible to receive the One UI 6 will soon be receiving updates as they are in the testing phase. At the end of the year, the stable version of One UI 6 will be made available to eligible users. The users of the Galaxy S23 series should prepare their devices to receive the final version smoothly.
