Samsung is all set to launch the fourth variant, the Galaxy S25 Edge, under the newly launched S25 lineup, which is anticipated to be powered by the 8-core Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, as the Geekbench listing reveals.
Recently, Samsung launched the Galaxy S25 series, including the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra, powered with the Snapdragon 8 Elite worldwide. Now it is looking forward to debuting the fourth variant under the same series named Galaxy S25 Edge, and the European model appeared online on Geekbench, revealing more details.
With the dedicated model number SM-S937B, the Galaxy S25 Edge is now visible on Geekbench, revealing its processor, RAM operating system, and performance. The single-core scored 2806, and the multi-core scored 8416.
The listing reveals that the device is using an 8-core CPU variant of the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
Initially, it was revealed that the device would be powered with the modified version of Snapdragon 8 Elite; however, that doesn’t seem to be the actual case anymore, since the Geekbench listing declined the previous rumors.
At least a 12GB RAM variant will be available for the device, which will come pre-installed with Android 15-based One UI 7. The upcoming Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to feature a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, 2,600 nits peak brightness, Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, and an ultrasonic fingerprint reader. The device will have a dual camera setup, including a 200MP main and a 50MP ultrawide camera.
However, Samsung has yet to reveal the official specs, details, and features of the device, so it remains to be seen exactly what new novelties the device will bring.
