Galaxy S25 Edge to Have the Same Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy Processor as the Ultra Variant

Samsung recently at the Galaxy Unpacked event teased its forthcoming Galaxy S25 Edge to debut soon, which is anticipated to be powered by the same Snapdragon 8 Elite as the Galaxy S25 Ultra rather than modified. 

Samsung Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra is powered with the 8-core Snapdragon 8 Elite for the Galaxy. Now the upcoming fourth variant of the series, the Galaxy S25 Edge, is rumored to be powered with the same chipset instead of the newly introduced 7-core Snapdragon 8 Elite model.

A reliable tipster, Anthony claimed that the “Galaxy S25 Edge is powered by the same 8-core Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy as the Galaxy S25 Ultra.” 

Samsung at the launch event just showcased a sneak peek at the Galaxy S25 Edge but didn’t reveal any official details regarding the specifications and features of the smartphone. The first official look of the device showcases that Samsung has placed a dual-camera setup. 

Recently, the dual camera configuration of the Galaxy S25 Edge was leaked, hinting that the device will feature a 200MP primary camera and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. However, Samsung has yet to reveal official details of the smartphone, so it remains to be seen whether the expectations will come true.
