Samsung expanded its TV lineup by debuting the latest 55-inch OLED TV coupled with advanced AI features in South Korea.
Samsung Electronics will launch a new 55-inch OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) TV with enhanced artificial intelligence (AI) features in its home country. The company is aggressively working on expanding the advancement of its smart TVs to enhance the experience. Recent reports suggest that Samsung TVs will soon support HDR10+ for Disney+.
Samsung TVs in 2025 will feature several new AI features in their latest models. The “AI Smart Home” feature is compatible with analyzing users’ lifestyle patterns, the status of home devices, weather, and indoor temperature, and suggesting actions tailored to the user and home environment.
For instance, the TV may recommend operating the air purifier when indoor air quality is poor or even suggest closing the blinds for cooling efficiency while using the air conditioner. Another feature is the “Home Monitoring Function,” which will deliver real-time alarms regarding home security scenes using the TV’s sensors and cameras based on on-device AI.
You can activate “Click to Search” by pressing the AI button available on the TV remote; it will permit you to receive recommendations for programs similar to what they are watching or check character information.
It also includes a few more features, including real-time translation, which helps to convert the subtitles of the content being watched as per your preferred language, and AI mode, which allows it to recognize content genres and provide customized picture quality.
