Following its announcement earlier this week about broadening the One UI 7.0 Beta Program to additional devices, Samsung has now begun rolling out the beta update to the Galaxy S23 Series. This comes after the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 already received the update in earlier phases. The beta firmware is currently being distributed in select regions, and we’ve obtained the full changelog detailing new features, optimizations, and bug fixes included in One UI 7.0
One UI 7 Beta Program Available for Galaxy S23 Series
Meanwhile, Samsung’s 2023 flagships began receiving the latest Android 15-based One UI 7 beta build, and the update for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra is now available with the ZYC3 build number in some selected countries, including South Korea, India, the US, and the UK.
The newest One UI 7 beta version apparently offers a sneak peek at the features and other relevant improvements that have been backed up with the advancements of Android 15 over the top.
The latest beta build brings various exciting visual enhancements not only to the Home screen, but also to the AOD and lock screen with more upgraded personalizations, productivity and security, and more additional improvements in order to make the latest software experience even better for the Galaxy users
However, as the latest software is a beta build, which primarily focuses on fixing certain bugs and enhancing the overall experience, the approach is supposed to be quite buggy. Also, it’s possible that Samsung might consider providing limited features for the Galaxy S23 series users, with the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 already being tested with the new beta build.
Since Samsung has opened up the registrations of the Android 15-based One UI 7 beta for the Galaxy S23 series owners, they can join the newest beta program via the Samsung Members app.
