One UI 7 lacks a few Galaxy S25 Premium features for older Galaxy smartphones

Samsung introduced the Android 15-based One UI 7 initially with the Galaxy S25 series, which brings a few exclusive features, such as Now Brief and more. Now, the company has started expanding the new software version to its older Galaxy smartphones, but without Galaxy S25’s exclusive features.

Last month, the Korean Tech giant announced that it would start expanding the stable One UI 7 to its older Galaxy devices on April 7, and as per the announcement, it has already rolled out the update in several regions to the most recent flagship devices.

The stable One UI 7 brings several new features, improvements, notable customizable changes, more advanced AI tools, and more, but it still lacks a few Galaxy S25’s exclusive features.

Samsung, via its official page, revealed that it has not offered a few Galaxy S25’s exclusive features to other Galaxy devices with the stable One UI 7, which as follows –

  • Now Brief, a feature that provides users with personalized daily briefings throughout the day.
  • Advanced Routine allows to customize routines more effortlessly.
  • Gallery Search allows users to quickly find specific photos within their photo gallery using keywords, data, or even voice commands.

Officially, these three features will be exclusive to the Galaxy S25 series, but most of the premium Galaxy AI features will be brought down to previous generations through this update. However, it might be possible for the company to expand these features to older Galaxy devices later.
