Samsung Messages could recieve a massive changes with One UI 8

Samsung Messages is one the main applications which allows Galaxy users to have easy conversations in the form of text messaging. It is the most used application on the Galaxy device due to its availability by default, but over the past few months, it is said to have died after getting ditched by Google Messages. But now with the latest report, it seems that it couldn’t be so immediate
According to the new report, Samsung will introduce a massive update for the Samsung message application which will add some important and useful features that will enhance the overall experience of the application.
In the apk teardown, Android Authority has investigated the new version of Samsung Messages based on One Ui 8 and found that it will get some new features, including Birthday reminders, which will provide the facility to alert your contacts’ birthdays.
Another feature is live location sharing, it is similar to the other popular applications, including WhatsApp, Google Messages and many more. For context, this feature will allow user to easily share live location to their contacts.
Additionally, the report also mentions that Samsung could also bring the support for emoji and sticker reactions similar to the Google messages which will be similar to the photomoji feature.
As far as the availability is concerned, there is no certain information available, but as it is found on the One UI 8 build so we can expect it to arrive with the next One UI update for the Galaxy devices.
