Samsung Galaxy Devices Receiving the May 2025 Security Update So Far

Samsung finally detailed the May 2025 security update bulletin for Galaxy devices last week, and with that, the company has already started the distribution of the latest update for eligible models in different regions. Meanwhile, till now, Samsung’s May patch has been covered by plenty of devices; here’s the list.

Although the security patches are minor but impactful updates that significantly focus on improving the device’s overall security and core functionality while also protecting the device against various potential risks and harms.

Similarly, the May 2025 security patch package consists of several CVEs (fixes) for all the security vulnerabilities that have been brought up by Google and Samsung collectively, where there are a host of high-level CVE items. Accompanied by Google’s patches, Samsung Mobile itself introduced a few patches that address vulnerabilities in settings of Galaxy watches, phone’s Wi-Fi connectivity, notification history, and more.

The update will eventually offer a smoother, more secure, and more efficient user experience. At the same time, Samsung’s May patch has been delivered to several Galaxy devices, including the flagships, the A series the foldable lineups; here’s the list of devices that have already received the May 2025 security patch so far:

Note: A few devices like Samsung Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A54 units arrived with the One UI 7 version that also integrated the latest May 2025 security patch already.
