Galaxy A36 and A26 grab the June 2025 Security Patch

Soon after unveiling the details of the next monthly update, the June 2025 security patch, Samsung is going smooth with the latest patch’s rollout for all of its eligible Galaxy devices. Following the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy A56, Samsung has started rolling out the update for Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A26.

Beginning from European market, Samsung started the distribution of the June 2025 security patch for the Galaxy A36 as well as Galaxy A26 units, while the update takes the devices to new build numbers, which are identified as A3668XXU2AYE3 and Α266BXXU3AYE6, respectively.

Considering the details published by Samsung, the new June 2025 security patch; however, doesn’t introduce any massive features and changes; rather it consists of several fixes that have been brought by both Google and Samsung collectively.

It primarily focuses on improving the devices security and core functionality. The update brings a host of fixes that not only offers a more secure user experience but also protects the device against sophisticated attacks or threats.

Beyond this, the update further adds stability and reliability to the entire system behavior for more efficient functionality, and brings certain performance optimizations to provide a more smooth, stable and optimized user experience.

Well, Samsung expanded its stunning A series portfolio and Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A26 entered into the smartphone market alongside Galaxy A56 units. The smartphones feature more improved features, with the spotlight being the inclusion of Awesome Intelligence, a feature that is tuned down version of the full-fledged Galaxy AI suite.
