Samsung’s New Budget Phones in the US Feature ‘Awesome Intelligence’ Instead of Galaxy AI

Samsung Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A26 are now available in the USA, featuring a scaled-down Galaxy AI suite including selected yet convenient features.
The newly launched Galaxy A36 costs $400, and the Galaxy A26 costs $300 in the US market, and interested ones can easily purchase directly from Samsung’s official site. Both the devices run Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box, and Samsung has promised six major OS updates and six years of long-lasting security patches.
Noticeably, both the smartphones get a limited version of the Galaxy AI suite, entitled “Awesome Intelligence.” The new scaled-down AI suite includes selected features, which are as follows:
- Circle to Search
- Object Eraser
- Edit Suggestions
Circle to Search allows you to quickly search for information about anything on your screen by circling it with a finger or the S-Pen. An object eraser is a photo editing feature that allows you to select and remove unwanted objects from images easily to enhance the editing experience. The edit suggestions will help you to fine-tune your photos.
Both the devices are powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset and feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and Full HD+ resolution and a 5,000mAh battery with 45W superfast charging support.
