Galaxy Z Fold 6, Flip 6 and Fold SE join the June 2025 update

Now that Samsung has started expanding the June 2025 security update for the Galaxy devices in different parts of the world; the Galaxy Z series also joins the update list, as the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Flip 6 and Z Fold Special Edition have started getting the update.
Beginning from South Korea, Samsung is rolling out a new update for the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Z Flip 6 alongside Z Fold Special Edition that significantly integrates the latest June 2025 security patch, where the update is identified with the build numbers, F956NKSS2BYER, F741NKSS2BYER and F958NKSS2BYER, respectively.
While the company will expand the latest update to more eligible regions shortly, the June 2025 security patch primarily focuses on improving the device’s overall security and core functionality.

However, the update doesn’t introduce any major feature or changes; rather it brings plenty of fixes for all the security vulnerabilities that have been acknowledged in the previous version to provide a more secure user experience, while also protecting the device against sophisticated external threats or risks.
Beyond this, the latest update further adds stability to the entire system behavior for a more smooth and efficient behavior, and brings certain performance optimizations that eventually leads to a smooth, stable and optimized device’s functionality.
Well, it looks like Samsung has started the June 2025 security update expansion to more Galaxy devices, and therefore the previous generation foldables have now begun joining the update saga!
