Samsung is not a month away from holding its next major Galaxy Unpacked event, where it will introduce next-generation devices, including foldable phones and smartwatches. A new report suggests 9 July as the event date.
Samsung usually holds its second Galaxy Unpacked event of the year in early July. Following the ritual, it was already expected that the event would take place sometime in July. Now, a reliable tipster, Evan Blass, on X, shared a text post claiming that the next Galaxy Unpacked event will be held on 9 July 2025 at 10 AM EDT.
The tipster stated: “The next Galaxy Unpacked: 9 July 2025 @ 10AM EDT.” However, Samsung has yet to reveal the official date for the event, so currently it’s hard to trust blindly in the rumored date.
Samsung is supposed to debut the seventh-generation foldable devices at the event, including the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and the Galaxy Z Flip 7. One more device, the Galaxy Z Flip FE, is also rumored to launch at the event alongside the standard foldable phones. Apart from these devices, the company is also rumored to debut the latest Galaxy Watch 8 series, which will include two models: Galaxy Watch 8 & Galaxy Watch 8 Classic. Recently, it’s been reported that the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 could also debut at the event.
Since the official date for the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event and the list of devices that will be introduced at the event have not yet been revealed, it remains to be seen whether the above-mentioned devices will be launched at the event.
