Samsung is working on several mid-range smartphones to debut later this year, including the Galaxy A17 5G and Galaxy Tab S10 Lite, and now both of these have been listed on FCC certifications, revealing a few key specifications.
Currently, Samsung is all set to launch the next-generation foldable phones and smartwatches next week at the Galaxy Unpacked event on July 9. Apart from these devices, under the hood, the company is working on more devices to launch by the end of this year, such as Galaxy A17 5G, Galaxy S25 FE, Galaxy A57, Galaxy Tab S10 Lite, Tri-Fold, Galaxy Tab S11 series, and more.
Meanwhile, @KeepUpwithOneUI (via) revealed that the Galaxy A17 and Galaxy Tab S10 Lite have made their existence on FCC certification with the dedicated model numbers, which are as follows –
- Galaxy A17 – SM-A176
- Galaxy Tab S10 Lite (Wi-Fi version) – SM-X400
- Galaxy Tab S10 Lite (5G version) – SM-X406
The listing reveals that the Galaxy A17 smartphone supports 25W charging (9V / 2.77A) and comes in a dual-SIM variant. Apart from this, it will have a few conectivity compatibility such as Wi-Fi 5, NFC, and a wide range of LTE & 5G bands.
Currently, the FCC has only certified the Wi-Fi version of the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite, which supports 45W charging (1-V / 4.5A) and appears to support Wi-Fi 6E. According to the listing, it features a micro SD slot and at least one camera on the front and back. It will also support the S Pen & have Pogo pins for keyboard accessories.
Apart from this, the listing hasn’t revealed any other major details of both the upcoming devices, so it will be interesting to see what new novelties they will feature.
