Galaxy Tab S9 FE, Tab S9+ and Tab S10 FE receiving June 2025 Security Patch in the US

We have already entered into the July month, while Samsung is still delivering the June 2025 security patch to its eligible Galaxy smartphones, foldables and tablets across the world. Now, the Galaxy Tab S9+, Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Tab S10 FE units have started receiving the update in the US.

Samsung’s flagship tablets, the Tab S9+, Tab S9 FE and Tab S10 FE are getting a new software update that significantly integrates the June 2025 security patch and can be identified with the version numbers, X818USQS6CYF1, X518USQS9CYF1 and X528USQS4AYF5, respectively.

Also, this current update is available on the Verizon network in the US, and will soon be expanded to more units across the country.

More specifically, the update is just a minor security patch that is meant to strengthen overall system safety. The update; however, doesn’t really bring major features and changes, rather it certainly focuses on improving the device’s overall security and core functionality.

It packs a host of bug fixes for all the security vulnerabilities that have been acknowledged in the previous version to provide a more secure user experience, while also protecting the device against potential threats. In addition, the update further adds stability and reliability to the entire system behavior for an efficient functionality, and brings a more smooth and stable user experience.
