One UI 8 to provide more control over secure folder applications

Samsung kicked off Android 16-based One UI 8 journey impressively so far, while the company is working towards making the major release more appropriate and stable; the company has already begun implementing new changes within the Secure Folder for an additional layer of protection.
While Samsung’s Secure Folder is a most secure suite that is designed for not only locking files or other sensitive documents but also entire apps behind an extra layer of protection that significantly requires more authentication, new functionality just came into existence that brings more control over apps in the Secure Folder with One UI 8.
According to Android Authority via That Josh Guy on X, Samsung appears to be working on introducing a new ability with One UI 8 that will allow users to apparently control the apps installed in Secure Folder will appear when sharing things, even when the sharing happened from apps not present in Secure Folder.

In simple words, One UI 8 will show Secure Folder apps in the share panel, where users will be able to share normal apps alongside those which are locked behind the protection of Secure Folder, providing the ability to control whether the secure apps of Secure Folder appear in the share panel.
Well, Samsung is already making interactive ways to improve the functionality of its secure suite, Secure Folder, and One UI 8 is supposed to add new settings for the apps locked in Secure Folder in the share panel.
At the same time, Samsung’s One UI 8 is currently under the stage of development, but impressively the company is progressing smoothly, with the third beta beta already released; it remains to be seen how the company will implement changes in the future updates.
