Samsung rolling out July 2025 Security update, starts with Galaxy S24 FE

It seems like Samsung has shifted its from new updates rolling out for its Galaxy devices and move on to the strategy to gradually start the distribution of new security patch taking at least a week has started rolling out the July 2025 security patch for the Galaxy S24 FE, the update initially spotted in South Korea and expected to be expanded to more regions in the next few days.
Galaxy S24 FE gets July 2025 security patch in South Korea
Samsung has started rolling out the latest July 2025 security patch for the Galaxy S24 FE with the firmware version number S721NKSS5BYF1. With the latest update there is no significant changelog attached so it is expected that there are no important changes to be available for the devices. It is worth noticing that the update is currently limited to the Fan edition model only while the main series will get it in the next few days.
Notably, Samsung doesn’t apply any pattern to expand the security update distribution like the other major updates which follows the special pattern like flagship to the low level devices.
On the other hand, the July 2025 Security patch is expected to be available for the devices which will focus on enhancing the overall security of the devices and make them less vulnerable against the external threats and other issues.
More specifically, the July 2025 security update has brought a total 40 patches where 22 patches included by Google and 1 is addressed to semiconductors. Meanwhile, Samsung has also brought 17 fixes.
