One UI 7 Update Reportedly Downgrades Galaxy S23 Camera Performance

Samsung has introduced the Galaxy S23 with the latest camera spec that upgrades the overall experience of the camera quality with the first arrival of the first 200 MP camera. The device is still worthy of being the top contender in any camera-related talks, but according to some users, the Korean giant has downgraded the quality with One UI 7.
One UI 7 is one of the greatest updates in the Samsung ecosystem in terms of massive changes for the software refreshment. The update has brought smoother animations, a new UI, and many new features. Overall, it gave a big jump in the software innovation for Galaxy devices. However, for some devices like the Galaxy S23, it comes with a negative impact.
According to the reports on Reddit 1 & 2, Galaxy S23 users are claiming that after the installation of One UI 7 on the device, it has seen a decrease in image quality of the camera. The impact of decreasing camera quality isn’t limited to the rear camera, but there is some blurriness also appearing on the front camera. On the other hand, some users also experience the delay in capturing photos, low previews, and switching between the front and rear cameras.
In response to the complaint by users (1 & 2) in the Samsung community, the official moderators are asking to submit detailed reports on the Samsung Members app. However, the brand hasn’t responded to anything in this matter. But it is expected to provide the fix through updates soon.
