Samsung Addresses Galaxy Z Fold 7 Black/White‑Screen and Display Issues with Official Fix

Samsung has just introduced its next-generation foldable devices as the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7, and Flip 7 FE. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is one of the high-end foldables in the segment, offering the latest and upgraded hardware, which is highly anticipated to bring a whole new experience in foldables, but due to some technical glitch or bug, there is a black and white bug appearing, which is pretty annoying.
According to the users complaining on the community, the Galaxy Fold 7 device is getting issues with white and black screens appearing when unfolding the device. This issue generally occurs due to the change of the number of “minimum width,” which the device doesn’t support. Fortunately, Samsung has officially provided the solution to encounter the issue by changing the layout settings. Let’s explore it.
To change the value of layout, the Easy Solution manager on the community has suggested getting rid of the issue by following this simple process: First select Display from the system settings. Here, go to the screen layout and size and change the screen size to another value (if it was set to “-”, change it to “+” or vice versa). Once done, you can customize the screen size according to your convenience.
Apart from the Galaxy Fold lineup, Samsung is also working on resolving the wallpaper issues for its flip devices, which are occurring while sharing the wallpaper function setting of Wonderland through Galaxy To Share (GTS).
