Samsung Tablets to Soon Support Blender for Portable 3D Creation

Samsung Galaxy Tablets are equipped with major flagship-grade hardware, which is able to do high-end tasks effortlessly. Taking all these advantages, users will get access to work on 3D modeling with Blender.

Blender is a free and open-source 3D graphics software, which is popular on PC or desktop computers. Now the team has finally planned to make it available for Android tablets, which means Galaxy tablets would definitely get access to the application soon.

The availability of the application is already delayed, as multiple applications like Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Krita are already available on the tablets. As Blender is well optimized on PC and works on minimum requirements, there could be no limitation for accessing the features on tablets as well.

However, according to the announcement, the team will initiate the availability of the application with the small feature availability, like basic object manipulation and sculpting, with grease pencil and storyboarding support coming later.

The availability of the Blender doesn’t have any confirmed schedule, but as per the announcement. But the company has said to make it initially available for the iPads, and then it will expand to the Android tablets. As far as compatibility is concerned, there is no clarification available about it. But we hope that most of the flagship Galaxy Tablets could get access to it.
