Samsung VanService Introduces Convenient Home Care for Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7

Samsung expanded its home assistance service for Galaxy devices by introducing VanService to enhance an innovative and personalized experience.
Samsung, on July 31, launched VanService, which aims to offer the convenience of receiving support directly to customers at their home or workplace, without having to visit a service center. The key motive behind introducing this service is to offer a high-quality, efficient, and seamless service experience.
Samsung VanService to Cover All Galaxy Z Flip, Fold, and S Devices from September
Initially, the newly launched Samsung VanService will be available exclusively for the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Galaxy Z Fold 7 models in Italy. Beginning September 1, the service will expand to include the entire Galaxy Z Flip, Galaxy Z Fold, and Galaxy S series.
Samsung says that with this service, the firm is focusing on an excellent after-sales experience: a commitment that has earned the company the “Best in Italy – Service Champions 2025″ award from the German Institute for Quality and Finance (ITQF).
Noticeably, VanService is part of a program of services dedicated to Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 users exclusively up to August 31, 2025, intending to provide customers a level of assistance and care. It also includes two kinds of service: the first is Fast-track service, which is preferential support guaranteed by Customer Service via telephone and WhatsApp, and the second is the Loan Device Service, which lets you receive a free courtesy device during repairs.
The clear goal of the company is to offer buyers of more expensive models a level of service and care appropriate to their budget.
