One UI 8’s Good Lock NavStar Adds Side Back Gesture Icon for Custom Back Arrows
Samsung is passionately working towards improvising the entire Good Lock suite with One UI 8, with the company already starting to roll out some amazing functionalities to the Good Lock modules. Meanwhile, the NavStar module is getting a new software update that not only integrates One UI 8 support but also brings some stunning features as well.
Since Samsung has already announced the features and changes for Good Lock for One UI 8, right after providing One UI 8 support for Home Up and Theme Park, Samsung is now rolling out a new software update for the NavStar app, which is packed with some new features and changes, alongside One UI 8 compatibility.
More specifically, the latest update for the Good Lock NavStar app takes it to a new version number, v8.0.00.22, and at the same time, most primarily, the changelog apparently lists the integration of One UI 8 support, which signifies that the latest version significantly supports Galaxy devices running One UI 8.
In addition to One UI 8 support, the update further fixes an issue of keyboard layout on the Flip cover screen while also improving the entire UI errors that were occurring while using the NavStar app’s swipe gestures. Also, the update added a new “Side Back Gesture Icon,” which will allow users to customize the phone’s back gesture arrow with their own image. In simple words, users will be able to replace the arrow of the back gesture with their own image.
Well, the Good Lock’s NavStar app is responsible for all the customizations of the phone’s navigations and gestures, where users can conveniently organize and personalize the navigation bar and gesture mode according to their mood and preferences. With the NavStar getting One UI 8 support, Samsung is expected to expand the compatibility to even more modules in the coming future.
