Samsung Ends Software Updates for Three Popular Galaxy Phones

Samsung retains a remarkable position among several other big names in the market when it comes to delivering software updates to its Galaxy ecosystem on time.

At the same time, the company apparently removes the Galaxy devices that have reached their software update policy’s deadline and have become ineligible to get any significant updates in the future; meanwhile, with the August 2025 security update, Samsung has removed a few Galaxy devices from the software list.

Samsung has just published the details of the newest Android August 2025 Security Update package for its Galaxy devices, while also informing that it’s removing a few Galaxy devices whose security update support has been ended forever. These models include Galaxy M32 4G, Galaxy F22, and Galaxy A22.

For years, Samsung has followed a significant pattern of dispatching the software updates, including both the major OS updates and security patches, according to their dedicated software update policy. Once the deadline is reached, the company stops delivering any future updates to the specific device.

Therefore, this time, Samsung has removed the Galaxy M32 4G, Galaxy F22, and Galaxy A22 devices from the software update list, signifying that Samsung has ended the support for security patch updates for these devices forever, which means from now on, these devices will not be receiving any further security patches.
