Samsung Good Lock is a suite that is designed to provide customizable options or settings all in one place, which allows Galaxy owners to personalize their phones their way. Recently, the company has been working on integrating One UI 8 support within the modules, but a new report suggests there is some issue with the lock screen when using Wonderland on the Galaxy Z Fold 5.
Good Lock’s Wonderland is responsible for all the customizations for the Galaxy phone’s wallpapers on both the lock screen and home screen.
While One UI 8 support will be adding a key improvement to the blur transition effect on the lock screen and also offering the ability to adjust the blur effect’s directions to be either vertical or horizontal for a better and richer experience, reports are suggesting that users have been facing some issues regarding the lock screen on their Galaxy Z Fold 5 models.
Specifically, users took it to the official community page in order to share that when setting a lock screen using Wonderland and then opting for the Unique lock screen, followed by rebooting the phone, it unfortunately cancels out all the settings, thus preventing users from setting a unique lock screen on their phone’s lock screen.
To which Samsung’s officials have responded that the above-explained phenomenon is already under improvement and significantly requires platform-level modifications from the developers, and they also confirmed that the issue will indeed be fixed in the next coming OS. Therefore, users need to sit and wait until Samsung releases the next update for the Wonderland app.
