Samsung has unveiled the latest Android 16-based One UI 8 beta 7 for the Galaxy S25 family in a few selected regions, and now here’s what all has arrived with the latest beta build.
Surprise, surprise! Samsung has rolled out the seventh beta iteration of its latest Android 16-based version for the Galaxy S25 series, while on the comparison side, the beta series stopped at the 6th beta build for the S24 series during the One UI 7 rollout.

More specifically, the latest One UI 8 beta 7 firmware for the Galaxy S25 smartphones significantly brings the long-awaited lock screen clock issue alongside more essential fixes. According to the changelog, the One UI 8 beta 7 version introduces fixes for the issue where the lock screen clock position is continuously moving down, even when applying it nicely; the update further fixes the issues where the Bluetooth sound keeps breaking, and it adds fixes for the issue where when applying fonts, they don’t stretch.

On the other hand, the update further brings fixes for the issue where after the update, the letters of the Now Bar, the status bar, and the lock screen PIN are not displayed in bold; the update also fixes the disappearing issue of the lock screen’s quick run icon, and lastly, it fixes the clock stuttering issue when locking or unlocking the lock screen.
