Samsung Fans File Petition to Remove Camera Division Head

The Samsung Galaxy user community is raising its voice to replace the camera division leader for poor management.

The Korean tech giant is actively working on maintaining its leading position in the tech industry by introducing innovative devices, camera upgrades, advanced features, slim design, and whatnot.

One of the interesting facts about the Galaxy devices is their camera setup, which makes them remain in demand among customers. However, now fans believe that this fact is vanishing with new devices. Regarding this, the Galaxy user community created a petition sent directly to the Director of Samsung’s MX division, TM Roh, asking for the replacement of the camera division leader.

The major reason behind this petition is that Galaxy users believe that poor management has caused the quality of Galaxy cameras to fall further behind rival smartphones. Apart from this, the user community gave eight specific reasons why the president has to replace the camera division leader.

According to the user community, the Galaxy camera has not had a hardware breakthrough for many years, and the technology is slower compared to rival devices, such as Apple, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, or Xiaomi, and the company constantly ignores customer feedback.

The petition stated, “Samsung used to be a leader in the mobile imaging field. However, due to strategic mistakes and poor management, the Galaxy camera is now inferior to its competitors in terms of hardware, software, algorithms, and overall experience.” They warned that without drastic changes, Samsung’s reputation in mobile photography will be “irreparably damaged.”

Samsung has yet to release any official statement regarding this petition. It will be interesting to see whether it will replace the camera division leader.
