One UI 8 Watch Beta now available for Galaxy Watch 6 Series

Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 series came pre-installed with the official Wear OS 6-based One UI 8 Watch, and right after, the company opened up the One UI 8 Watch beta program for the Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch Ultra models. Now, the program is starting to expand to the older generation Galaxy Watch 6 series.
While the company has already initiated the stable One UI 8 Watch version for the Galaxy Watch Ultra models, the stable is already set to arrive by the end of this year, and thus, Samsung is expanding the One UI 8 Watch beta for more older Galaxy Watches, and this time, the Galaxy Watch 6 joins the beta party.
Specifically, Samsung’s official community elaborated that One UI 8 Watch beta has already begun for the Galaxy Watch 6 series, including Watch 6 and Watch 6 Classic. It’s important to note that the latest beta firmware for the Galaxy Watch 6 was spotted in South Korea, while on the comparison side, Samsung has opened up the beta program for Galaxy Watch 7 models in the US as well, so it can be presumed that the One UI 8 Watch beta program will perhaps expand to the US.
However, currently, the changelog is still not known, but it is expected that Samsung has added a few relevant bug fixes and improvements while also adding a few upgrades that are powered by Google’s Wear OS 6 to Samsung Health in order to provide a smoother, more useful, and more optimized user experience.
Well, both the Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch Ultra models have started testing the latest One UI 8 Watch beta program, but the latter has already received the stable build.
Thankfully, Samsung has already announced that the company is concluding the One UI 8 Watch beta program for the Galaxy Watch 7 models after delivering 5 beta builds for the units, and therefore, it’s expected that the stable version for the models is approaching. Meanwhile, Galaxy Watch 6 owners will be testing the beta build.
